Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or use our guest portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the provided shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and book a complimentary courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our global partners inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
